This brewery is located at Denmark, Europe. They have ordered some 2000L beer fermentation tanks from us. The tanks are running very well at now.

 Specification list is as follows:

1.Effective capacity: 2000L; 25% top headspace;

2.Stainless steel 304；

3.With PU insulation, and the insulation thickness: 100mm；

4.The inner body thickness is 3mm and the cladding thickness is 2mm;

5.2zone jacket zones dimple plate cooling jacket(1for side wall and1 for cone);

6. Sixty-degree cone;

7.The inside polish≤0.4um,

8. Domed top;

9.The working pressure is 2bar and testing pressure is 3bar;

10.With the mechanical pressure adjustable valve;

11.2’’ PVRV;

12. The tank with the sample valve;
13. On the cone of the tank with racking arm;
14. The tank with the CIP rotating spray ball;
15. All necessary butterfly valves;
16. Top mounted 4’’hops port；
    17. With Tri Clover Clamp fittings；
17. Side Manway, and the size for the side manway:430mmx330mm；

19.Outlet for carbonation stone and carbonation stone fitted;

20.With stainless steel glycol pipeline and with ice water solenoid valve.
