Conical fermenters are designed specifically to meet unique and diverse brewing requirements. Whether small or large volume, our knowledge of the brewing process, customization capabilities and quality craftsmanship combine to satisfy the needs of the most discerning and demanding brewers. Our industry-leading uni-tank fermenters are available ranging in size from 2 BBL to 300 BBL.

Certified stainless-steel material. Sanitary construction with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks and jackets inspected and pressure tested to 2 times operating pressure. All tanks insulated with high efficiency polyurethane foam. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions. Tank design pressure is 30 PSI。

• Interior shell: SUS304, thickness 3mm.
• Exterior shell: SUS304, thickness 2mm.
• Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 2B, hygienic surface.
• 60° conical cone bottom.
• Racking port and discharge port with butterfly valve and fittings.
• Side or Top man way door, shadowless.
• Dimple glycol cooling jackets with glycol inlets and outlets.
• Polyurethane foam insulation, thickness 80mm/>3” on side and bottom.
• Fully welded exterior shell.
• 4 legs with levelling foot pads.
• CIP arm and spray ball.
• Rotating racking arm.
• Vacuum relief at 2bar.
• Pressure relief valve at 30psi as standard.
• Sanitary pressure gauge.
• Perlick style sample valve.
